Sally founded bike415 after working ten long years in management consulting. She hates desks, loves bikes, and is excited to provide solutions for customers.

Jeff is a New York transplant. He has been racing bicycles for as long as he has had teeth. New York State Champion in BMX in 2004.

Ben is a fully certified bicycle mechanics tech who enjoys riding track, road, and cyclecross bikes.

Jenny is a cross country cyclist and acknowledged gearhead. She is Serotta certified and trained by Avid, Rock Shox and Fox techs.

Lowell is a triathlete and nutritionist and ride leader for the Mount Tam Biking Club. When not on the trail, he's here, tuning up everyone's gear.

Sam is our store manager. An all-city cyclist, he uses his OCD powers to locate any part in our copious backroom.
